If you are a client, GP Schoemakers,PLLC (“GPSlawyer”) may be sharing items with you via our dedicated client portal Clio Connect for the duration of your case.  Clio Connect is a secure portal where the firm is able to share Documents, Calendar Events, Tasks, Bills, and Secure Messages. As we are both able to see the information shared, this is the quickest and safest way to ensure smooth communication.

Our client portal, Clio Connect, gives clients 24/7 access to their electronic client file from any computer or smartphone, all in a secure SSL encrypted cloud environment, preserving important attorney-client privileges. Clio Connect also allows clients to upload sensitive or large files directly to their virtual client file and to securely share information or documents with their attorney.

Creating Your Clio Connect Account

The first time the firm shares something with you, you’ll receive an email from Clio. In this email there is a link to set up your Clio Connect account. Click on the green button and you will be taken to the screen to set up your Clio Connect account.  Once there, fill out the fields that are on the screen and be sure to use the exact email address in the field that the firm used to share the item with you. When all the fields are filled out, you can click on the green Sign Up link at the bottom of the page.

If You Have Already Registered Your Online Account, click on the logo below to log in to your secure client file:

If You Have Not Registered Your Online Account, contact us to ensure it has been activated. You will then receive an e-mail informing you of a new shared document through Clio Connect. To register, you will need to choose a username and password and agree to the terms of service.

Once you have registered, you can visit your personal and secure virtual client file at any time by clicking on the link above or by visiting https://app.goclio.com/session/new from any computer.

Forgot Password

If you ever forget your password, you can go to https://app.goclio.com and click on the “Forgot Password” link.  An email will be sent to you allowing you to reset your password. If you don’t see the email within 10 minutes, please check your junk and spam filters.
